UTC - Action Figure & Beanie Baby Pages Going Offline
I made a decision this morning while casually thinking about it...

I NEVER seem to update either my Beanie Baby page, or my Action Figure page...

The main reason for the non-updates are due to the slowing down of my collecting of these items. I haven't purchased a Beanie Baby in a rather long time. I started limiting myself to bears only some time ago, and my other non-bear beanies were stuffed into a contianer in my closet. I plan on selling my non-bears on eBay, but never seem to get around to it. Since I moved a week ago, I'm basically going to have to leave my Bears mostly in storage. In my house I used to have a shelf about 8" down from the ceeling, which comfortably housed all my bears. As it stands, I don't have the ability to put a shelf like this into my appartment. I am deffinetly going to keep the Bears, though I'm not quite sure where I will store them... When I do sell the rest, I've no doubt I will take a huge loss on them. I bought most of them at retail of $6.99, and if I sell them in bulk, I will probably average around $1 each...

I am still actively buying action figures, though over 95% of my collection is in boxes. My action figure page has not been updated to reflect the fact that I now have somewhere in the naborhood of 200+ figures. In my house around 70% of them were in storage due to having no room to keep them. My action figure collection is unique, however, so a lot of several random action figures probably wouldn't sell so well. Most of the ones I'm keeping out now are some of my more prized ones. They include my Matrix sentinel (the huge one from McFarlane), my real world Neo (which goes pefeclty next to the sentinel). My (McFarlane) Jean Sebastian Giguere action figure (the goaly from the Mighty Ducks, from when they came within 3 points of winning the Stanley Cup), my McFarlane Preditor action figure, a Raiden and Goro action figure (from Mortal Kombat), My Inaction figures from Clerks (I have the color Dante & Randel, along with the black & white Dante & Randel which I actually bought last night), and a few others...

Being these will pretty much all remain in storage, I don't have any method of documenting or photographing any of them. Which basically means my pages won't be updated with new information. The pages also don't really give any useful information, so it's not like having them is giving anybody something they can use in relation to them...

The one collection page I have that will definetly stay up is my Baking Powder Submarine page. This is fairly easy to update, as my collection fits entirely in a small plastic container. Also I gave lots of information on the page that actually may be useful to some... And being it's now currently the premier page on the net about BP Subs, I've not intention of taking it down. If you search for either "Baking Powder Submarine" or "Baking Soda Submarine" on Google, you will find my page comes in either first or second. The only one that ever beats mine is for a framed patent, and really doesn't say anything about the subs themselves...

This is about it. I don't know when I will get to the update, but will probably do it the first chance I get...
