Los Angeles Talk Show Hosts Find Killing American Troops Funny

I find this whole article rather amusing. Being a semi-regular listener to the show, and having heard this interview on the radio when it aired, I decided to send an email. The bottom of the article says they will post comments they receive on the article, so it will be interesting to see if they post my email. I'm going to post it here, so you can follow the link above and see if they actually do post the email...

I'll laugh if they don't, since they would pretty much only be doing so to preserve their flawed story...

I find this little article rather amusing, especially after listening to the clip...

The John & Ken show is extremely sarcastic & has a comedic undertone, even during serious conversations. It's clear from the clip (and I was listening to the full show on KFI when it aired) they were laughing at the screaming and loss of control the interviewee expressed when Ken said "Oh, so you think Schwarzenegger is going to kill 6 million people".

Upon the screaming loss of control, John started laughing, in the same manner I did when I heard the interview. Upon the beginning of the laughter, the interviewee comes back with a scream lacking anything resembling control saying "Killing American solders is funny?" and John replied in the sarcastic overtone he is known for. With the interviewee so far gone during the exchange, there was little reason for John to take the statement seriously. And frankly, I don't blame him.


What amuses me even more is the mere fact that this is now being posted as if the statement made by John was a serious one. If someone believes this is, then I would have to say they've never actually listened to the John & Ken show. There is a reason their show is #1 in the LA area among conservatives... And if you don't believe that I'd like to point out the fact that their "Political Human Sacrifice" campaign against David Dryer (REP) came within a few points of actually unseating him, on the issue of illegal immigration...
