NHL cancels All-Star Weekend

Being a hockey fan (Mighty Ducks being my team), I've been rather down about this season. For those who don't follow hockey, there was a lock out after contract negotiations went unsuccessful... Basically there's been no season up to now...

Being there's no All Star game, I think it's safe to say there will be no season at all. I had held out hope that something would happen, but unfortunately it didn't quite work out that way...

And to think I was anxious with having to wait between the end of last season & start of this one...
