I was checking my sites rank in MSN today & found one of my pages isn't doing so well. Namely my Baking Powder Submarine page...

I was kinda surprised, since of all the pages I've found on the net, I seem to have the most detailed page on the subject... Which is the whole reason I created the page to begin with...

But that isn't what this post is about, however...

I decided to try a search for my page and click MSN's "Near Me" button. I was surprised to find my page was no where in the mix. Then I realized something... Though I live near Los Angeles, and maintain my page fully from this location, my hosting service is located in the Eastern area. New York-ish I believe...

So basically, while I am located near me, the physical location of my domain is not... So this is a downfall to MSN's near me function...
