This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Some woman owes $1.16 on her unpaid taxes... And yes, that is a dollar & sixteen cents, less than a latte at Starbucks... So what do they do? They arrest her...

How about you stop enforcing it when you start wasting OUR taxpayer money in excess of well over 1000 times what you would actually get if they payed up. Or how about you deduct that from what you guys are overpaid on a regular basis. Someone should sue the IRS for overpaid taxes. This basically would be the exact same thing they are doing here only against the IRS... You notice when you overpay the IRS doesn't give a damn, hell they're happy, yet you underpay (by a dollar no less), you get procecuted???
