After doing a quick search I ran across the page linked above which did in fact answer my question right at the top of the article. I proceeded to read the article, finding the name fairly interesting... I have to admit, this article is quite entertaining to read... I dunno if I have anything against Bobby Flay, but this article does seem to give a good defence if I decided I did...
