In the past I've written a couple of articles [
1,
2] stating that
Michelle Malkin was not very intellegent. As it turns out, she does have the right idea *most* of the times, but she is a little too much on the radical side for me to fully support her. I really don't precieve things politically. I alway suported conservatives because their core values appear the most logical and realistic to myself. In recent history, my views of the republican party have changed a bit. I'm still republican but at the same time more independant...
I do fully support the Iraq war (I fully agree with the 1998 version of John Kerry's view on Iraq, and would have fully supported Clinton (who I didn't like) had he done what John Kerry said should be done back then). The moment Bush said Iraq I said "let's do it" before he ever got to the WMD's part. I believe it needed to be done.
Back to Michelle, her views on immigration are completely correct. I fully support her in this area. I also heard word in her book she listed the email of people who openly flaimed her (using racial type terms and stuff), and I think she did the right thing. You will notice my prevous statements about her were based soley on her views, although they were harsh. The use of racial overtones or threats are fully innaproprate.
I still feel my problems with the two statements I blogged about were accurate. She apparently does not completely lack intellegence, but a couple of her views do almost overshadow that. I still think
this statement lacked a fully intellegent argument, and
this statement was rather hippocritical.
