Kerry Campaign threatens to sabotage debates
Kerry's campaign is demanding the rules for the debate, which have been set by The Commission on Presidential Debates. They want the warning lights that turn on to indicate their time is up removed. They also said: We're bringing our own screwdriver and we'll disconnect the light ourselves if we have to. Again, Kerry believes things should be done his way, and not the way they've already agreed to... Guess they feel Kerry will need more time to pad his statements in order to flip-flop in the middle, without making it as obvous. This way Kerry can say No then go off for 5 minutes, then finish up by saying Yes... The full text reads: Advisers for the Democratic presidential candidate demanded Thursday that the lights signaling when a speaker's time has expired during debates with President Bush be removed from the lecterns because they are distracting. The commission hosting the debates refused.
This is just dandy, these are Kerry's words in response to his often quoted "I voted for the 87 billion, before I voted against it":
It was a very inarticulate way of saying something and I had one of those moments late in the evening when I was tired in the primaries and didn't say something clearly. But it reflects the truth of the position, which is, I thought, to have the wealthiest people in America share the burden of paying for that war. It was a protest. Sometimes you have to stand up and be counted. It only took him a few months, but that's not that bad part. The bad part is his political "protest vote" was against funds to give troop supplies THEY NEEDED! It's nice to know Kerry thinks so poorly of the troops, that costing them lives is just part of the territory of his political face... Kerry, if you're going to play politics, try not to do so with our troops lives... It's also interesting that this so called "late in the evening when I was tired in the primaries and didn't say something clearly" statement occured at 12-Noon on March 17th... Guess he musta still been on Cambodia time...
There's only one thing I truly hate in life, and that's a hypocrite...
This, in turn, is the main reason I'm a Republican, because I strongly believe that if I say something should be this way, it applies to me also. And yet the only thing I see coming out of the two far left liberal presidential & vice presidential candidates are accusations against Bush for one thing, then turning a blind eye when either they or someone else on there side does the exact same thing. I've been documenting more and more of this all the time, here's yet another notch in the ever growing hypocrite board... Statement... Vice President Cheney (9/7/04): It's absolutely essential that eight weeks from today, on Nov. 2, we make the right choice, because if we make the wrong choice then the danger is that we'll get hit again and we'll be hit in a way that will be devastating from the standpoint of the United States. Response... John Edwards (9/7/04): Dick Cheney's scare tactics crossed the line today, showing once again that he and George Bush will do anything and say anything to save their jobs. Protecting America from vicious terrorists is not a Democratic or Republican issue, it's an American issue and Dick Cheney and George Bush should know that. Later... Kennedy says Bush makes U.S. more vulnerable to nuclear attack Response... John Edwards: ... It's nice to know John Edwards thinks the so called "scare tactics" are OK for the Democratic party, but completely wrong for Bush & Republicans... I'm literally getting sick of these stupid games that the Johns play on a daily basis, and how the media lets them tip-toe by completely... If you can't hold yourself up to the standards you declare, you have NO RIGHT to declare any standards. John Kerry & John Edwards don't seem to believe that, and I will continue to document proof as I have been doing for so long now... I really don't see how so many people in the American public are still voting for these guys, when there actions are so transparent, and their hypocrisy is so abundantly clear...
Court Revives Florida E-Voting Suit
This is something I've been following for some time. I'm glad it's opened back up. I have a link at the bottom of all my pages to BlackBoxVoting.org. I think this is a very serious issue that needs to be addressed nation wide. The possibility of accidental or purposeful actions which change the outcome of voting results is a serious threat to our democracy. I believe this completely, regardless of who is responsible, and which direction it changes the outcome...
Here's a little riddle...
Q: When is one state not a whole state? A: When Teresa Heinz-Kerry is talking about Arizona... I'm guessing she still believes Arizona is actually part of Nevada...
Kerry as the Boss: Always More Questions
This article has an interesting statement: The morning Medicare call was typical of the way Mr. Kerry, a four-term senator with comparatively little management experience, has run his campaign. And, his associates say, it offered a glimpse of an executive style he would almost surely bring to the White House... Umm, I don't thing bringing little management experience to the White House is really a good plan. We don't need a bunch of interns running around looking for Putin's phone number right before an eminent nuclear attack...
Kerry made a statement the other day on the lines of the debate, consisting of a statement which basically said (paraphrased):
What we need to discuss is what Bush has done for the past four years, as compared to what I would do as president. I find this kind of amusing. Apparently Kerry doesn't feel it's fair game to talk about what he has done for the past 19 years in the senate... I think what he has done is much more important than what he claims he would do...
Bush Volunteered For Combat
Looks like Kerry is loosing the only leg he's currently standing on... As it turns out, Bush actually volunteered to go to Vietnam, but was turned away because he didn't have the required 500 hours of flight time under his belt... According to Campenni, Bush inquired about participating in a volunteer program called Palace Alert that used Air National Guard pilots flying in the F-102 Delta Dagger interceptor jet in Vietnam. So much for Kerry's claim that he was hiding from service. This pretty much makes Kerry look pretty stupid right about now...
A post on the official Kerry-Edwards blog talks about a New Kerry Ad Condemns Bush for Tasteless Attack Ad...
The Bush Ad, entitled Windsurfing points out the fact that Kerry seems to follow "whichever way the wind blows." Kerry's blog responds: Mr. President, this is a shameful advertisement that shows a disturbing disregard for those fighting and sacrificing in Iraq, and you should repudiate it immediately. Considering the fact that ALL KERRY'S ADS EVER DO IS ATTACK THE PRESIDENT, WHY DOES KERRY BELIEVE IT'S WRONG FOR THE PRESIDENT TO USE A SIMILAR TACTIC??? It's important to note that everything in the ad is true, and it simply points out his record, which Kerry seems to keep complaining is never addressed by the Bush campaign... Kerry always seems to feel he's so superior to everybody, that the rules he lives by only applies to him, and nobody else... I constantly feel insulted by his Me my way, all the rest of you a different way demeanor... To think people are actually going to vote for a guy who chooses to step on whoever is in his way, and feels only he has every right to do so... And for the record, I've posted about this Kerry trait at least a couple times before**... Mr. Kerry, learn to live by the same rules you hold everybody else to.
Kerry says Allawi, Bush in cahoots
Allawi: Thank you America... Kerry: Mr. Allawi, you're a liar! It's nice to get a clear view now on how Kerry is going to open the door for other foreign leaders... If he does manage to bring other countries to the table, it looks like he will kick anybody currently at the table off to make room for the new foregin leader... Any foreign leaders agree with any of Bush's foreign policies, Kerry is going to demean & mock them... Basically if he's elected, he'll slam the door in the face of any of our current allies, in order to make room for all the anti-American ones... It's nice to see just how much respect Kerry has for nations leaders' who don't agree with him 100%... [UPDATE] It's nice to know I'm not the only person to Notice This: Today, John Kerry showed he lacks the judgment and credibility to lead the United States of America to victory in the War on Terror.
Iraqi People Suffered Under Oil-for-Food Scam
This is appalling...
And Kerry still claims we should have gone though the UN. The people who had the ability to completely deny going into Iraq were the same people who were pocketing all this money, while at the same time giving illegal kickbacks to Saddam... Why does anybody thing these countries with illegal deals would vote to go into Iraq with the likely possibility of these illegal transactions being found out??? Not only would these countries risk getting caught for all they did, they also would loose all the funds coming to them illegally... If nuclear weapons were seen as plain as day in the middle of Iraq using a spy satellite, France would still say there's no reason to go into Iraq... How does Kerry expect to have EVER won over the UN with conditions like this???
I have a non local eFax number located in the 309 area code...

Will liberals go as far as attacking a 3 year old to force their opinion? This is one of the most despicable things I have ever read. Again, I wish I could say I was surprised, but it to say I'm surprised be a lie... View the picture, the caption is below... C'mon you damn liberals, how low can you get??? Try picking on someone your own age... I realize the 3 year old is at about the same intelligence level as most of you liberals, but that hardly makes it fair... Three-year-old Sophia Parlock cries while seated on the shoulders of her father, Phil Parlock, after having their Bush-Cheney sign torn up by Kerry-Edwards supporters on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at the Tri-State Airport in Huntington, W.Va. Democratic vice presidential candidate John Edwards made a brief stop at the airport as he concluded his two-day bus tour to locations in West Virginia and Ohio. [UPDATE] I thought I would post a couple things here. For starters, looks like the Libs are trying to push the blame onto the family itself... The Bogus Assault -- Phil Parlock, professional victim, Bush campaign worker Coinkydinks Which includes the statement: There's this guy. He's a Republican. Amazingly, for the past three presidential elections he's managed to convince reporters that he's gotten attacked and gotten his signs stolen and destroyed. What are the odds? My answer would be pretty good if he was showing republican support at liberal events... As I said in my above statement, this entire incident isn't a surprise to me... A couple things to point out, however... For starters Yahoo News, Matt Drudge, and The Washington Times report this story. It's true, they could have all been impersonating Dan Rather & CBS, but I have trouble believing this... It's also interesting to point out the Union (of which the guy in the picture is supposedly a member) has released an official apology...
Kerry's Nuclear Power Problem
Kerry's web site: Nuclear power can play an essential role in providing affordable energy while reducing the risk of climate change... John Kerry: When I'm president of the United States, I'll tell you about Yucca Mountain: Not on my watch. What this basically translates to is: I [John Kerry] support nuclear power, but I don't support giving nuclear power plants an ability to get rid of their waste, which means all nuclear power plants will need to close down over the next 10 years... Yucca mountain was used as the Nevada Test Site for the testing of nuclear weapons. It's federal property in the middle of nowhere... It was being converted to store all the excess nuclear waste coming out of nuclear power plants... This is due to the fact that these plants are quickly running out of on-site storage space for the nuclear waste they end up with... If Kerry prevents Yucca Mountain from being turned into a safe massive underground storage facility, these plants will end up having to close, since they won't have any room left to store their nuclear waste... There's no alternate here, either we need to come up with some type of facility to store this waste, or the nuclear energy that Kerry's own website says he supports will be completely shut down...
Today, in the mail, I recieved a free can of Starbucks' DoubleShot. I find it really odd since I don't really go to Starbucks much...
I personally prefer The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, by a landslide. Their Ice Blended White Chocolate Dream is the best tasting coffee drink on the face of this planet. I've had Starbucks white chocolate mocha, and it doesn't even come close... I do drink Starbucks' Frappuccino though, they aren't bad... I just found the whole getting a can in the mail odd though, which is pretty much why I posted this. Interestingly enough though, this morning I was thinking I would have REALLY liked to have had a bottle of their Frappuccino... Who knows, maybe they're psycic...
Have It Your Way Music
I recieved this code from Burger King & found it won't work on a Mac, so I'm posting it here for anybody who wants it. It's supposed to be for 1 free song... The code is: 11T8WD667SSN Enjoy!
Autism Spectrum Quotient
I saw a commercial about this so I did an internet search. I found the test & took it. I scored a 29 which is considered "above average", which I can't say is a big supprise. Men average 17, and 32 & up is considered high... I would have guessed myself above average just based on how my mind works... And my social mannerisms...
Blogs for Bush: Kerry Watch Archives
This is an interesting story... Kerry basically stated that Republicans are racists who want to suppress blacks from voting. The linked story above is written by a Republican who is volunteering to help people vote, and at the exact same time Kerry is claiming that, because he is a Republican, he is in fact trying to keep some from voting. I'm highly offended by this claim myself. While I'm personally not volunteering my time to go to a voting center, I believe strongly in every American's right to vote. On the bottom of every page I have links, one which goes to BlackBoxVoting.org. The basic premise is a single company (Diebold) is in charge of a huge percentage of voting systems, and there have been documented holes in the systems, not to mention the company has installed illegal changes on multiple occasions, including times right before an election! Also results of an election were publicly available on an FTP site BEFORE an election was completed. It is completely illegal for this information to be available before an election has completed, not to mention it's supposed to be impossible for this information to even be accessible (according to Diebold) prior to the polls closing. While the link is a small role, I have tried to make sure word of this gets out, because the thought of votes not being counted, or worse, changed at someone's will is something unacceptable to me. Keep in mind I took a few years of programming courses, and currently program web applications for a living. I know computers very well, and know about all the things that can go wrong with them! For Kerry to suggest I am trying to prevent people from voting highly offends me! I fully believe in everybody's right to vote, and feel that every vote cast is just as important as mine!!! Diebold was originally tied to members of the Republican party. If I wanted to prevent votes from being counted, it would have been very easy to completely ignore this problem all together. If Kerry believes that every Republican is a racist, then I'm very scared as to what will happen if he does end up being elected. Will registered Republicans automatically be labeled as racists from that point on??? What's the only basis for Kerry's claim? That would most likely be The Florida Myth (Myth being the operative word)...
Dems to Launch Ads Attacking Bush's Service
This while Kerry's still crying about the Swift Boat Veteran's for Truth... I think this attack should open the door for Bush to attack Kerry's Vietnam record all day long... It never ceases to amaze me the way Dem's cry foul, then feel it's somehow different for them to do the EXACT SAME THING! I hate hypocrites, which is pretty much the reason I'm a Republican... I still find it interesting the way NO media outlet is addressing the fact that Bush spent OVER 2 FULL YEARS on active National Guard duty... And the fact that the total points he earned during his National Guard duty would be equivalent to earning the minimum required per year for OVER 19 YEARS! He earns 56 points his last year in service, 6 more than the minimum, and this is supposed to be him skipping out on service... The fact is that he earned 253 points his first year in service (203 more than the minimum), 340 points his seconds year (290 more than the minimum), 137 points his third year (87 more than the minimum), 112 points his forth year (62 more than the minimum)... He then earns 56 points his 5th year (6 more than the minimum), and this is supposed to mean he's gone AWOL??? He earned a total of 592 points, when he would have fully fulfilled his requirements if he had earned only 250 points. He earned more than double the minimum requirement for the 5 year period he was in the National Guard... With 50 points being the minimum, anybody who serves just that much has fully done their duty and met their obligation... It's also interesting to note that Bush literally spent more time on active duty than Kerry did!!! Over 6 times longer than Kerry... Yet this information is convently left out of the liberal media's attacks on Bush... To this day I have not heard a single person in the media state this simple fact... I actually knew NONE of this until I managed to stumble upon the information purely by accident... BTW, my information came from here... Do the math yourself...
Kerry Slams Bush Over Assault Weapons Ban
At the rate Kerry's going, I think he's going to tell Bush's mommy in hopes of having him set to his room... And of course there's the even funnier stuff like Kerry getting a gift that he tried to render illegal... Makes me wonder if he actually believed in the bill he tried to pass... I'm guessing at the moment shown probably not, though all of 5 minutes later he probably reverted his view on it... There's interesting views, and more interesting views on Kerry & guns... There is also an interesting Reuters photo of Kerry with someone in the foreground firing a gun, lined up in such a way that, with Kerry's expression & head tilted, makes it look like the guy firing is actually holding the gun to Kerry's head... I've tried to find a current copy of it online, but have seem to found every copy of it removed. While I do have a copy of it on my own computer, due to copyright laws, I can't post it online...
"Freedom Tower" Silver Dollar
I just heard on the news. This is apparenlty a scam, the coin is NOT government issue & the silver did not come from Ground Zero... Pass it on...
The sixty-first minute
I've been jumping around the net reading about this, and trust me, there is a lot to read about! To boil it down for anybody who ran across my post & can't get to the link above (there is currently a ton of heavy traffic), the story starts last night... 60 Minutes aired a piece on personal memos supposedly belonging to late Lieutenant Colonel Jerry B. Killian, which state basically that Bush had chosen to miss a physical that was required as part of his continuing National Guard service. The result of this was Bush's move off of active flight duty. This is the gist anyway (my terms may not be exactly correct here, but you get the idea)... So supposedly now there is strong evidence to support the possibility that these documents were forged. The most prominent is the fact that the memos were typed in a proportional font, common for modern day computers, but supposedly extremely uncommon in the 1970's. A further feature is a number written in a form of "Nth". Where the 'th' postfix is small text raised up to the top portion of the number. Again, very common on modern day desktop computers, supposedly very rare back in the 1970's... There are now tons of posts/articles what have you jumping all around the internet about the authenticity of the memos, or complete lack there of. What do I think? I'm not sure. I think the evidence leans strongly towards the possibility of them being fake, but I won't be heart broken to find out they're not... I've read elsewhere that the situation was almost a mute point, mainly due to the fact that Bush was transferring to a new state, and they didn't employ the type of plane he was trained to fly... Time will tell, I'm going to keep looking around, as there is more to read about this right now than any other blog topic out there. The Drudge Report has some info on it too, and is probably better suited to host the information. If anything comes which absolutely needs mentioning, I will post about it...
Before you fall for Dems' spin, here are the facts
I think this is significant. I also think the liberal media is choosing to focus on one tiny issue & regards to Bush's record, and not once have I heard the national media even address this... The future president joined the Guard in May 1968. Almost immediately, he began an extended period of training. Six weeks of basic training. Fifty-three weeks of flight training. Twenty-one weeks of fighter-interceptor training. In other words: BUSH SERVED 2 FULL YEARS IN THE NATIONAL GUARD!!! To be completely honest, I had no idea about this. I guess I was completely duped by the vast liberal media conspiracy...
Records say Bush balked at order
Some interesting points here... The Bush administration has issued government-wide instructions centralizing the release of information relating to the president's service with the Texas Air National Guard between 1968 and 1973. John Kerry still has not done this himself. I sent a copy of form 180 to his campaign. For some strange reason Kerry believes there is no reason to do an official public release of his record. At least Bush has tried to be honest and up front all along. Kerry claimed he would officially release his war record on multiple occasions, yet to this day has not signed the form to counteract the locking of his war record... Frankly this makes me believe there is something in his record that would cause anything in Bush's record look extremely minor. Kerry has done nothing to disuade this believe, and frankly, he's done exactly what you would expect if he was trying to cover something up. [UPDATE] There is evendence to back this up... Namely that 2 of the 3 citations used to award Kerry his Silver Star award did not have the secretary of the Navy's signature on it, contrary to regulations! And what brought this up, you might ask? Kerry's campaign website displays a document listing a "Silver Star with combat 'V'" even though the combat "V" device, for valor, is never given with the nation's third highest award for heroism. In other words, the records on Kerry's campaign website contain false information about his war record. I made a statement about Kerry's ability to falsify his record when he had 100% of control over what was released, in response to a comment about a prevous post... [END UPDATE] 'I heard George W. Bush get up there and say, 'I served in the 187th Air National Guard in Montgomery, Alabama.' I said, 'Really, that was my unit? And I don't remember seeing you there.' So apparently this guy did remember seeing EVERYONE else who was ever there durring that time... Steve Schmidt, a spokesman for the Bush-Cheney campaign, charged that Texans for Truth 'is a front group for Moveon.org that has spent tens of millions of dollars attacking the president... There are direct ties between this group and MoveOn.org, and it's already been exposed there are many more direct ties between the Kerry Campaign & MoveOn.org... Basically what it boils down to is the fact that this group is a front being used to do [John Kerry's] dirty work... Hmmm, I remember hearing someone use a similar statement before...
Heinz Kerry: 'Only an Idiot' Would Oppose Husband's Health Care Plan
Ahem... Heinz Kerry: Of course, there are idiots. She's right... Teresa Heinz Kerry herself is single handedly the largest illustration of this fact to date... |
