Terror Video Warns of Bush, Cheney Consequence
I've run across people making claims that the theory that "Terrorists would want Kerry to win are false, and that they prefer Bush"... Argument being that Bush's War On Terror causes more Muslims to become terrorists. Therefore Bush is driving their enlistment campaign. Well, if you believe this is true, then you should take the new "American Al Queda" video into account... You are guilty, guilty, guilty. You're as guilty as Bush and Cheney. You're as guilty as Rumsfeld and Ashcroft and Powell... So, rest assured, the terrorists not ONLY would want Kerry to win, but they're threatening to hurt us if Bush wins... Call me crazy, but I think we're much stronger if we in fact do NOT give them what they want...
I have yet another update to my liberal's list of offensive...
The last one is almost amuzing... I'd like to see democrats try to accuse the wind of being Republican...
Apple - iPod Photo
I heard rumor of this for some time now, and it looks like everybody was right... An iPod that syncs with both iTunes & iPhoto (or other photo apps for all you poor PC users out there). Looks great, though is a little expensive... I quickly discovered this would actually hold my entire photo album, as after loosing everything on my hard drive a while back, I lost all my photos... I currently have 1.25 GB of photos, so a 60 GB drive would be more than enough... Ah well, just got my new iPod last year, so I don't really need a new one... Guess this may help my Apple stock price though...
Democrats Secret Plan to Disenfranchise The Military?
I want to blog this so I do have an ability to do an "I told you so" if this actually occurs... A number of abstentee ballots from Pennsylvania have been sent to Military (and other) voters with Ralph Nader on them. However, the November 2nd ballot for Pennsylvania will NOT have Nader on it. This basically means the ballots are incorrect, so the Republicans are pushing to have accurate absentee ballots re-sent to all the military members. A former Kerry advisor, who is now a Pennsylvania election observer says: When overseas voters are weighed against that potential pool, the scales don't even come close. There's a big problem here. What this will do is give Kerry the ability to request ALL THOSE MILITARY BALLOTS BE THROWN OUT!!! With a simple claim that they should not be counted because they did not vote using valid ballots, all 15,000 of those military votes will vanish from Pennsylvania's total. And because of the fact that 3 out of 4 troops on active military duty will likely vote for Bush, that's a total of over 11,000 votes for Bush gone! And less than 4,000 votes for Kerry... If you do the math, then imagine it like Florida's close call in 2000, that alone would well push the scale over the line. It would be a net loss of over 7,000 votes for Bush... We'll see what happens, but you can bet if Kerry tries to pull this move, there will be a lot of screaming from the Right. The Dems will deny the entire scheme, even though IT'S NOW FULLY DOCUMENTED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE ELECTION EVEN TAKES PLACE!!!
Up until a week or two ago I had Real's RealPlayer 10 beta for Mac installed on my system. Real released their no beta version, and as I often do I downloaded and installed it thinking "This is the final version, it can only be better than the beta I'm using now."
Well, unfortunately I was wrong. I purchased some instructional video clips a couple months ago for around $10. When trying to open them today to review, I found that a window opened up saying "This clip requires the following free software" and a window which indicated it was trying to download some type of codec from Real. Well, lo and behold, it came up and said "Some need components were not available"!!! So basically the final release will not play the video clips the beta release played fine previously... I'm basically out $10 due to Real's screw up... That doesn't include the fact that, even if I could get my $10 back, I still want to use the videos to help me with what they teach...
With Christmas approching, I figured I would take the opertunity to post a small wishlist for all thoes out there who want to get me something but don't know what...
And I'm sure there are SO many of you out there... Bobby's Wishlist
News-Miner - Past News
I'm utterly confused about this (no pun intended). A Moose Bull was strung up in a power line in Alaska... The moose was alive when it was lowered to the ground but was later killed when officials from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game decided against tranquilizer it to remove the wires because they were worried the moose, already stressed, would die and the meat would not be salvageable as a result of the drugs. So basically this is what is says: In order to keep the moose from dying, we decided to kill it... We killed it, of coarse, because had we tranquilized it, we couldn't have eaten it... Gimme a break...
The Florida Myth
Well, it appears the Dems are giving the aptly named Florida Myth another run by, in order to accuse Republicans of suppressing the black vote. They keep referring to 2000 even though... In June 2001, following a six-month investigation that included subpoenas of Florida state officials from Governor Jeb Bush on down, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights issued a report that found no evidence of voter intimidation, no evidence of voter harassment, and no evidence of intentional or systematic disenfranchisement of black voters. C'mon guys, give up already... You aren't going to succeed in rewriting history... [UPDATE] Looks like I spoke too soon, check out this story on the Drudge Report: The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal. Absolutely amazing... To think, this time I'm actually *almost* surprised... Which in itself is quite scary...
Well, of little surprise to me my list of liberal based offences is getting larger. This time there's a happy ending of sorts, as Men save signs for Bush in stakeout.
I say of sorts because one of the men who caught the perpetrator is scared to release his name because he believes the Dems in the area will retaliate. It's scary when people fear expressing their political views. Basically now the liberals appear to be turning into fascists... So the list is now: Again I ask, how much longer are you dems going to make this list???
Microsoft looks to dethrone iTunes in music category
This makes me laugh so hard... ITunes has done a great job of helping to elevate the [digital music] market. We're different because Apple is a closed system. If you want Apple, you have to use the iPod. A lot of people want choice and we offer that. There's one problem, and I documented this in an email I sent to the author of the story: I found the statement that Microsoft made about iTunes Music Store being "closed" amusing. Oh, and I thought this link is interesting... According to it, iTunes Music Store holds a 70% market share! On a personal note I buy most of my music now on the iTunes store. It's great because I would normally have to go to Best Buy, grab the CD, stand in line, buy the disc, take it home, rip the CD, and put the CD someplace out of the way... I can now accomplish virtually the same process in a matter of 3 clicks, taking all of a couple minutes (including the download)... I estimate I own somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 CDs currently. If you do the math that comes out to around $1000 in music (at least). In a normal given year (after I built up my CD collection replacing my cassettes), I would buy around 10 CDs... This last year I bought 2, however I actually purchased around 20 albums...
If this happened near my house, I would be extreamly angry! Kerry still thinks he's way more important than anybody else on the planet, and he's not affraid to shove that in peoples' faces!
Kerry's visit to Canonsburg, PA
Well, I didn't really watch the debate. I was busy playing the new Mortal Kombat...
I did catch a couple minutes, and ended up laughing at what Kerry said, until I realized it wasn't supposed to be a joke... Someone asked something like "What will we do with Iran if UN sanctions don't work and they end up getting nuclear weapons?" Kerry's response? Something like "Well, we can't reily solely on UN sanctions..." Hmmm, sounds a little backwards from what he's claiming is currently wrong in Iraq. 9 years of UN sanctions got nowhere, yet Kerry thinks we should have given the UN more time... Nice little flip here... Granted, I feel he's right about Iran, however, I also feel he was right about Iraq... Up until a year or two ago, when he flopped... I find it really amuzing that the Gretta Pole on fox news shows Kerry won by something like 65% to 30%... Looks like the liberals are heeding that email from a couple weeks ago and trying to spin, spin, spin a cacoon of liberal bliss... But spin won't matter this time around. I look forward to downloading the debate for free off the iTunes Music Store, and hearing the victory for myself...
Yesterday Kerry gave a speach where he said The President should take responsability appologize for the false information about Iraq...
What's ironic here is I've yet to here Kerry appologize for all the false information he said about Iraq... It's absolutely amazing that he stands there and accuses Bush of so many things that he himself is doing and has done, and NO ONE ever calls him on it!
The Truth Laid Bear: Kerry Campaign Disclosure: Still Sucks
Well, it looks like the new numbers are in.
Well, Kerry's improved by less than 2%. George Bush is still above the 91% average, Kerry is over 12% >below the average... Is Kerry still hiding something?
John Kerry for President - Official Web Site
It may very well be down by the time you read this, but John Kerry's main homepage has 2 pictures from the debates. It is a direct violation of the rules to use any images, audio, or video for any campaign purpose. This includes John Kerry's web site... Kerry's not only violating rules durring the debate, he's violating rules after the debate as well. When all is said and done, I wonder just how many more rules will be willingly broken by Kerry & his campaign staff...
MSNBC - Rewriting History
I actually found this lie, on behalf of MSNBC, kind of amuzing... ...Saddam's regime had been listed for years by the U.S. government as a 'state sponsor of terror,'...
Before I posted that liberals were loosing their minds. The list of ways they are has gotten much longer.
Now they're: How much longer are you Democrats going to make this list before the election? It seems odd to me that Democrats claim they are for the little guy, but then clearly are only for them if they share their political views. If someone doesn't share a view, you guys go and vandalize homes, offices, and even fire guns at us. This is discrimination, plain and simple...
First the liberals burn swastikas in the lawns of Bush supporters, now they're firing bullets into Bush/Cheney re-election headquarters.
Still once again, I'm not surprised...
DRUDGE REPORT FLASH 2004
Or maybe he insulted a whole one of his two Americas... Ahem... I'd say if you live in the United States of America and you vote for George Bush, you've lost your mind. Nice to know you think you're better than everyone else. Guess you and John Kerry both believe your vastly superior to all other members of the human race. At least it helps to know you both are on the same page...
Best of the Web Today
In response to Kerry's short term memory when it comes to Poland, President Aleksander Kwasniewski said the following: It's sad that a Senator with twenty years of experience does not appreciate Polish sacrifice. . . . I don't think it's a question of ignorance. One thing has to be said very clearly: this Coalition is not just the United States, Great Britain and Australia, but there's also contribution of Polish, Ukrainian, Bulgarian and Spanish soldiers who died in Iraq. It's immoral to not see this involvement we undertook because we believe that we have to fight terrorism together, that we need to show international solidarity, that Saddam Hussein is a danger to the world. So Kerry's on a roll as far as offending other nations' leaders are concerned... Any guesses as to what nation he will insult next??? Maybe we should start a betting pool...
Mortal Kombat: Deception Slices into Stores
I've been waiting for October 5th for some time, and it's virtually upon us (already upon some of you out there). I've got a full day of work tomorrow, so I'll have to wade though that before playing. But I probably won't get much sleep tomorrow night...
Space pioneer Gordon Cooper dies - Oct 4, 2004
Leroy Gordon Cooper, one of the nation's first astronauts who once set a space endurance record by traveling more than 3.3 million miles aboard Gemini 5 in 1965, died on Monday, NASA said. He was 77. Just wanted to post this because of a tiny relation... Namely that I live in Ventura, California myself... I also find the following somewhat interesting strictly on an objective level... Being a semi-regular listener to Coast to Coast AM and all... I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets, which obviously are a little more technically advanced than we are here on Earth.
The Torgo Homepage has managed to obtain an exclusive shot of John Kerry's infamous pen he pulled out at the beginning of the debate:
Middle School Teacher In Trouble Over Presidential Photo?
This is appalling. A middle school teacher puts up Bush's photo along with pictures of all the other presidents, and she's told to either put up a picture of John Kerry or take Bush's photo down... Basically threatening to fire her, it not so many words... Only one problem, to my knowledge, currently John Kerry has NEVER been president. Am I wrong about this? Did we hold a top secret election last week that everybody in the world but us conservatives knew about??? Now if John Kerry does, by some miraculous reason, get elected, then I would say his picture should be up. But until he's elected, he should not by default be measured as being or having been an American President... And what are the liberals saying about this? You would expect they would react to this story in the exact same manner they reacted to similar stores. But if you actually thought that would ever happen, you'd be wrong. Liberals only whine and cry about seemingly anti-liberal behavior. Anti-Bush behavior? Oh that's fully protected by the constitution... Only problem is, I don't recall the declaration: Thou shalt be allowed to politically attack any such cause or candidate except those causes or candidates of the democratic party... Where such an attack shall be considered infringing upon your Can someone point out to me where this item resides in our current constitution?
DRUDGE REPORT 2004
Well, even though they didn't "bring a screwdriver", Kerry did in fact CHEAT during the debates! Again, I can't say I'm surprised... The debate rules specifically state any objects a candidate wishes to bring will be given to the debate staff which will be left on the podium. So what does Kerry do? He pulls something out of his pocket the moment he gets to the podium, while his back is turned to the audience... Kerry did not cheat, this is more lies from Republicans, who are hoping for a quick change of subject away from the president's performance, and the new polls. Only problem is, ANY object brought to the debate is a violation of the rules, even if the object was only his lucky pet rock... So regardless of what anybody claims it was, Kerry did directly violate the rules of the debate... Here's a clear video showing his cheat! http://homepage.mac.com/cfj/.Movies/JFKCheat.mov Oh, and for thoes of you claiming it was a pen. I carry a pen EVERYWHERE I go. When you pull a pen out of your pocket, you do NOT crumple up your hand like that when pulling it out... Unless this is some new pen designed to look like a 3x5 card... AND UNFOLDS!!! [UPDATE] DEM FLASHED 'WRITE' STUFF AT DEBATE Ahem... We plead guilty to having a pen. 2 problems here... 1) This is still a direct violation of the debate rules, regardless of WHAT it was... 2) The item was most deffinately NOT a pen... Unless, like I commented above, it's a pen designed to look like a 3x5 card... View these photos, clearly showing a straight edge on this so called pen...
Mount St. Helens VolcanoCam - Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument
Everybody hide! I was watching the Mount St. Helens Volcano Cam, and saw the picture below! Apparently Flythra, the giant fly, has emerged! We're all doomed!!!
SpaceShipOne Apparently Wins Prize
It appears the X-Prize has been won! I seriously doubted that would ever happen, but I'm very glad I got this one wrong! This is extremely impressive, and I'm very glad this happened within my lifetime. I hope things take off from here (pun intended). Who knows, one day I may visit space... If you think about all the things in the world only a few people ever get to do, going into Space is towards the very top of that list... At this rate going to space may very well be something anybody can do in the near future...
I just heard a member of John Kerry's Campaign talking on Fox News. The Bush Campaign representative said that Kerry's saying we should have gone into Iraq with allies, and at the same time he's now saying we should address North Korea unilaterally. Basically Kerry is having it both ways (yet again).
So what does the Kerry rep say in relation to this? He rambles on about Iraq rather than addressing the North Korea flop... Kerry & his campaign continues to insult my intelligence, along with the intelligence of America. What's scarier is so many people are in fact falling for his repeated ploys...
I received what basically constitutes a spam message this morning. It's from a site called renoion.com. It contains a letter from a member who is currently in Iraq, SPC Harry Miller. Contained in that statement was the following paragraph:
Many people disagree as to whether or not we should be in Iraq. MY reason for being there became clear the first time I met a little girl named Julie, and looked into her eyes. She looked as if she hadn't eaten in days, and if she had, it couldn't have been much. I shared some of my MRE (food ration) with her. She said "thank you" to me in the best English she could. She warmed my heart and broke it at the same time. See, there are thousands of kids just like her in Iraq. There are now more programs in Iraq bringing food, medicine and materials for schools and education. My reason for being there was for the people. For those of you who think we should get out of Iraq right now, tell me what you would say to this girl. Regardless of why, being in Iraq is essential. I'm rather certain for this girl, it currently is. WMDs may have been the key reason in the first place, but there were countless other reasons which may seem insignificant in the grand scale, but together constitute many reasons for going in... The other day I was flipping though channels on the TV, and came across a blatantly liberal biased show on our local cable channel 6. They proceeded to play countless clips of the Bush administration talking about WMDs. I found 2 key things interesting about this little piece. 1) At NO point in time did they play a single clip of any Democrats words saying the exact same thing. For those of you in denial, my last post links to a page which fully documents countless liberals words talking about Iraq's WMDs, some long before Bush even took office. I think the entire Democrat party still believes none of them ever said Iraq had them, even though most of those with the loudest liberal voices today all in fact said Iraq did... 2) Bush's given reasons in these clips included things other than WMDs, including the fact that Saddam has given safe haven to many terrorists, including high ranking members of Al Queda. So for those of you who believe the only reason Bush ever gave was WMDs, you are again incorrect... I truly thought I would never say this, but I in fact agree with things many liberals once said. The this includes the following people: President Clinton, Madeline Albright, Sandy Berger, Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Lieberman, Al Gore, Ted Kennedy, Robert Byrd, Hillary Clinton, Jay Rockerfeller, Bob Graham Boy, if anybody were to tell me the phrase "I agree with Ted Kennedy" would come out of my mouth I would have told them they were insane... We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction.
Weapons of Mass Destruction
If you think Bush has been lying about WMDs, then I have to tell you there were a ton of Democrats lying about them long before Bush took office... With all these, you'd think the only thing Bush did wrong was to trust what these liberals were saying... [UPDATE] I decided to add the quotes direclty, mainly so I can be certain they aren't lost forever...
I didn't include links to the documentation of these quotes. As it stands, much of the linked material is mysterously disappearing. The news sources & other lib sites are trying to cover up the things being said before... Rather dishonest if you ask me, but once again this liberal tactic doesn't supprise me... |
