It appears the post rating feature I created was broken for some time. I have fixed the issue, so you can now rate my individual posts.
If you're interested in doing so, you need to view the individual post page (click the title in the light green bar at the top of a post). You will see the rating box under the post to the right. You have to vote in order to see the current rating. If you don't have cookies on & JavaScript enabled, you will not be able to use the voting feature (sorry)...
War Backers Set Up Camp Near Bush Ranch
"We're asking for a meeting with the president, period,' said Michelle DeFord, whose 37-year-old son, Sgt. David W. Johnson, was in the Army National Guard from Oregon when he was killed in Iraq last fall. 'We don't want to debate with people who don't understand our point of view." So, if you are not willing to debate with people who don't "understand your point of view," why in the world are you demanding a meeting with President Bush??? Being you obvously don't share Bush's point of view, it's rather ironic you use this as an excuse to avoid people in the same position as you who don't share your views...
Don't worry about this post, unless you want to buy the item...
Carnivorous plants rule!
I was browsing ThinkGeek today and found they have a Desktop Carnivorous Plant Set. It contains 10 or so variations of carnivorous plants in all, 5 being variations of Pitchers (Yellow Trumpet Pitcher, Hooded Pitcher, Purple Pitcher, Pale Trumpet Pitcher, and Cobra Lilies). 3 or so are Sundew variations, and of course everybody's favorite: The Venus Fly Trap... I wana order one, though I'm reluctant to due to my brown thumb. As much as I tend to like plants, I always seem to kill them... These have to be grown from seeds, so it will be a really long time before I ever get anything resembling a carnivorous plant... And that's assuming I can get them to even live that long... Maybe I should buy two... One for experimentation perhaps...
As of Saturday before last I am married. My wedding went fairly well, with a lot of help from friends. I'm back to work today, after taking a week off for our honeymoon. I will post about that in the near future as well... All & all everything went well and I'm no longer single...
